Terms and Conditions of Booking The Boutique Bed and Breakfast

Payment Conditions

• A non refundable deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required. The full booking balance must be paid 2 days before arrival.
• Payments by: the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro and Mastercard.

Policy

• Check in between 16:00 and 19:00. Check out by 10:30.
• All guests must be 18 or over, no children are allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the property.
• Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 2 people. No stag and hen groups.
• Parking for guests is available on site. There is no additional charge. One car per room booking.

Cancellation Conditions

• If the booking is cancelled then you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
• In the event of a no show or booking reduction, the full cost of the booking is charged.

If you need to cancel, you're not legally entitled to a refund.  Please ensure that you have cover from your travel insurance provider.
