Terms and conditions for Lenton and/or Wheeler Cottage

Payment Conditions

• A non refundable deposit of 50% of the stay is required. Full booking balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
• Payments by: cash, BACS and the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro and Mastercard.

Policy

• Check in between 16:00 and 22:00. Check out by 10:00.
• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Pets are not allowed.
• There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the property.
• Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 9 people. No stag and hen groups.
• Parking for guests is available on site. There is no additional charge. One car per cottage booking.

Cancellation Conditions

• If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
• If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
• In the event of a no show or booking reduction the full cost of the booking is charged.

If you need to cancel, you're not legally entitled to a refund.  Please ensure that you have cover from your travel insurance provider.
